Louise Jakubik, PhD, RN-BC, CSP
President and Chief Learning Officer, Nurse Builders
Author/Creator, RN Career Path Mentoring Platform

Dr. Louise Jakubik is a nursing career and workforce development expert, who believes that developing others is one of the most critical roles of a leader. She is the President and Chief Learning Officer of Nurse Builders, founder of its Nurse Mentoring Institute, and creator/author of the RN Career Path Mentoring Platform. Dr. Jakubik is a leading research scientist in nurse mentoring, mentoring thought leader, consultant, and workshop facilitator. She is dedicated to assisting nurses and their organizations to enact and sustain a culture of mentoring in the workplace.

Saravana "Samy" Govindasamy, DBA, MBA, PMP
Project Manager

Samy is a healthcare technology leader with over 20 years of diverse experience in management, strategy and technology consulting specializing in strategic planning, project/program management, business analysis, process re-engineering, systems implementation and applications development in healthcare and finance industry. He is a leader and role model known for building long lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders including senior leadership, clinicians and key business partners/colleagues across the continuum of care. Samy brings his passion for mentoring along with his expertise in project management and information technology to his leadership role at Innovative Mentoring Solutions with the RN Career Path mentoring platform.

Sharon Kovzelove, MSN, RN
Mentoring Success Manager, Nurse Builders

Sharon Kovzelove joined Nurse Builders in April 2018 as the Mentoring Success Manager for RN Career Path after serving in a variety of leadership roles during the last four decades. Her passion has been in mentoring nurses throughout her career. Mentoring has been at the core of her nursing leadership practice. She has held various roles throughout her career including Pediatric and PICU Staff Nurse, Preceptor, Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor (AOD), Director of Nursing Systems & Operations, Vice President for Nursing, Director of Nursing and Regional Director of Clinical Education and Decision Support. Sharon is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Association of Nursing Professional Development, and Sigma Theta Tau. She is a graduate of The National Leadership Institute at the University of Maryland University College and The Experienced Leader Learning Collaborative at the University of Florida. In July 2018, Sharon was selected as mentor of the year from the Association of Nursing Professional Development.

Michael Grossman, DM, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CNML
Faculty and Career Coach, Nurse Builders

Dr. Michael Grossman is Nurse Builders Faculty for nurse management and leadership review courses and mentoring web-based learning. He is an expert in management and leadership with over 3 decades of experience as a nurse administrator and leader in roles including: Vice President, Director, Manager, and Clinical Nurse Specialist. He is a master mentor and career coach focused on developing nurse managers. Michael believes in the value of leaders developing future leaders.

Pam Spivey is Nurse Builders Faculty for neonatal certification review courses and mentoring workshops. Additionally, she is a Nurse Builders’ Career Coach for emerging leaders. She is a certified Neonatal Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and a certified personal and professional development coach. Pam enjoys helping nurses to move forward in their personal/professional life by tapping into their strengths, leveraging their unique potential and igniting their opportunities for growth.

He has worked executives worldwide across both private and enterprise companies. His established process leverages behavioral, operational and emotional intelligence to the winning advantage of leaders and their teams. Jay’s data-driven, evidenced-based, approach practically applies assessment science to bring about greater than desired results and outcomes. His suite of assessments include an integration of DISC behaviors with driving force motivators, skills, acumen and emotional quotient.
